Terms & conditions
The short version: post real events, only share artwork you have the right to share, and keep it legal. The longer version is below.
1. Real events, in the right city
Posters must be for real events that physically take place in the city they're posted to. An event submitted to Ibiza must happen in Ibiza. We remove listings that are fake, mislocated, or that use the wall purely as advertising for something that isn't a real, dated event.
2. The artwork is yours to share
An event poster is a piece of design — the art belongs to whoever created it. By uploading a poster you confirm that you are part of the event's organisation, or that you otherwise have the right to share that artwork. You keep ownership of your design; you grant Scroll the Wall permission to display it on the wall and link it to your event.
Scroll the Wall doesn't claim ownership of the posters people upload, and isn't responsible for designs submitted by users. If you believe a poster infringes your rights, see the takedown section below.
3. No illegal links or content
Event links must point to legitimate ticketing or information pages. We review and remove any poster or link that leads to illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content, and we may report it to the relevant authorities. Don't use the wall to promote anything unlawful.
4. Human review
Every submission — free or paid — is reviewed by a human before it goes live. We may decline or remove anything that doesn't fit these terms, without notice. Paid placements (grid posters) that are declined are not charged, or are refunded.
5. Takedown policy
If you're a rights holder — promoter, club, designer or artist — and you want your artwork removed, email us and we'll take it down promptly, no questions asked. Contact: hello@scrollthewall.com with a link to the poster (or the event title, date and city). We aim to action removals within 48 hours.
These terms are written in plain language and may be updated as Scroll the Wall grows. Scroll the Wall is a project by Bron Agency.
